To my great delight Chanin not only was professional but very easy and fun to chat with.rnWhen I received my order, Chanin had included a hand written note stating if there were any issues with sizing etc to contact her and she would correct any issued I might have. Which of course I did not, Chanin is just simply gifted in the art of sewing! Which I had better not forget to say but as many times as I have had to wash my Poochies Pants ( and I am not a hand wash girl, I love my washing machine) I expected them to fall apart ages ago and they still look great!
