Poochie Pants will be delivered via USPS. Shipping costs are a flat fee, based on your purchase total at check out. Some exclusions apply.

The following Shipping Fee Table reflects the ship fee relative to total order amount.

Return Policy

We at Poochie Pants.com will work with you ensure you and your pet are happy with your product. We strongly encourage that you verify you have ordered the correct size prior to completing your purchase. Additional fees will apply for all returned merchandise. See below return policies.

If returning an item to Poochie Pants.com, you must do so within 10 days after receiving the product. Items returned after this period will not be refunded.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned Poochie Pants. If an exchange is being requested due to size or fabric, the restocking fee will be reduced to 10%. All applicable shipping charges will still apply.

Customers returning products for refunds, will not be reimbursed for their shipping.

Buyers returning products will be responsible for shipping fees associated with the return of any product to Poochie Pants.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any credit card cancellations will be charged a flat fee of $5.00 regardless.
