Minimum Order

New Accounts:  Minimum opening order is $100

Reorders:  Must be over $75 (Orders less than $75 will be charged a $10 handling fee.)

NEW CUSTOMERS

A certificate of resale must be provided in order to place first initial order.

Shipping

All in-stock items will be shipped within 7 days.  Back orders will be filled immediately upon availability. 


All orders will be shipped USPS with delivery confirmation, unless otherwise stated prior to shipment.  We are not responsible for lost shipments; if insurance is wanted please specify during the order process.

DROP SHIPPING

Orders will incur a 20% charge to drop ship.  Applicable shipping will apply.  If items are returned to us a 15% restocking fee will apply.  Must be returned within 7 days.

Guarantee & Returns

Poochie Pants.com stands behind all of its products.  If your merchandise is defective we must be notified within seven working days of purchase for replacement.   Clearance items are not returnable unless defective.
